How do I create an exception for the number of Stars a user, or group of users, can send?

To create an exception for the limit on the number of Stars, enter the subsection Stars under Settings in the StarMeUp Admin panel.

Updated over a year ago

To create an exception to the star limit, you must go to the Administration panel > Module Configuration Section, then Engagement/Settings subsection > Stars Tab.

Click Add Exception, which will take you to a screen where you can customize the Star limit, the exception period (for all periods or current period), and add the users the new limit applies to.

If you want to assign a limit on the number of Stars a group of users can send, you can upload a CSV file and identify the users with a limit on the number of Stars they can send.

To do this, simply download the template, complete it with the user data and then upload the file to the platform.

REMINDER

Every user must have a username (identification). It is one of the required pre-configured fields in the user database.

Once the changes are saved, those users will be included in the exception list.
