You can share every Star you send with all the people in your organization you think will want to know about it. You simply have to put an "@" symbol before the name of those people you want to tag in the description field and they'll be notified automatically of the good deeds of those colleagues who best represent your organization's culture.
You can also share Stars sent or received on social media networks.

Each organization decides whether to allow their employees to share information about Stars sent and received on social media. If the option is not available in your profile, check with your company's Human Resources department.
