Thanks to the profile, people can get to know their colleagues better on a professional and personal level.
The My Profile section is divided into the following subsections:
Information
Personal Information
This section includes personal information about the collaborator, such as time in the company, birthday, job, email, project, location, area, and account.
IMPORTANT
Only the information from the pre-configured fields loaded in the database will be displayed.
The administrator is the only one who can edit this information.
Picture, Name and Rol
You can upload your profile picture by clicking on the circle. The name and role are fields that can only be edited by the StarMeUp administrator.
If you do not upload an image, you will be assigned a random StarMeUp avatar as your profile picture.
Engagement levels
Based on the collaborator's interactions on the platform, the following engagement levels may appear: Embarking, Rising, Shining, Hero, Legend. To learn more, click here.
The engagement levels are a way to measure how active a collaborator is on StarMeUp. The levels are based on a number of factors, including the number of posts, comments, and connections the collaborator has.
Bio
From this box, you can complete a brief description of up to 160 characters with information about your hobbies and interests.
Badges
You can view the badges you have earned. Badges are defined and assigned by an administrator of each community.
Stars
History of the total stars received and sent
If you click on the sent or received stars, you will access the complete list of stars for the collaborator.
REMINDER
If you have the Performance module activated, you can also see the total feedback sent and received.
Leaders and Team
From here you can find out who the collaborator's leaders are, as well as the team they are in charge of, if they have one.
IMPORTANT
In order to see this information, the collaborator's leaders must be loaded in the database.
History
From this box, you can complete a description of up to 500 characters with personal information or about your professional experience.
Highlichted Star
Shows the star with the most interactions from the user, that is, with the most comments and reactions.
Hobbies and Interests
List of hobbies and interests for each user. You can complete the list with your preferences using the + button.
Activity
In this subsection, you can see in detail the impact that the collaborator generates on the platform. It is composed of 4 key elements:
Highlighted Value
Shows the value for which the collaborator was highlighted the most times.
Strongest Connections
Shows the top 3 colleagues with whom the user exchanges the most stars.
DNA
DNA is defined based on the percentage of recognitions obtained from each value.
It is a summary of all the recognitions received by the user, grouped by organizational value.
TIP
DNA can be filtered by different periods to observe the evolution over time and share on social media.
Connections with others
Allows you to know how the user interacts within the organization with other roles and colleagues in relation to the number of stars they exchange with each other.
Interactions
A graph that allows the user to visualize the number of interactions they have each month within the application, comparing them to the average number of interactions in the community.
RECUERDA
Remember that the "Interactions" section is only visible to the user when they enter their own profile.
Social
This subsection has 5 filters: Received Stars, Sent Stars, Uploaded Posts, Tagged Posts, and Congratulations. By hovering over each title, you can view the information for each one.
Sent and Received Stars:
From here, you can view the history of all the stars that have been sent and received by the collaborator in StarMeUp.
Uploaded and Tagged Posts:
Here you will find all the photos and videos that the collaborator has shared or that other colleagues have tagged them in StarMeUp, from the Moments functionality.
Congratulations:
From this section, you can see all the congratulations sent to the collaborator by their colleagues.
If you click on comments, you will access the complete list of congratulations.
