Web
Once you receive the welcome email with your login credentials, you will need to go to the website.
Click on the "Go to StarMeUp" button and you will be automatically directed to the website.
Enter your username and password.
TIP: Copy the password from the Welcome email and paste it into the password field to ensure they are identical. Your StarMeUp password is case-sensitive.
Mobile
Once you receive the welcome email with your login credentials, you will need to open StarMeUp.
Click on the Go to StarMeUp button, it will redirect you to the StarMeUp App or to the App Store or Google Play if you haven't yet installed the StarMeUp app on your mobile device.
Download the mobile app.
Enter your username and password in the mobile app.
