If you forgot your password, follow these steps:
Step 1
Click on the link Forgot your password?
You will be redirected to the next screen, where you will be notified that you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Step 2
Go to your inbox and open the password recovery email from StarMeUp, open it, and click the button to reset your password.
TIP If you can't find the email in your inbox, check for it in the spam or junk mail folder.
From the email you will be redirected to this screen. Enter your new password, confirm it and click on ACCEPT.
Once these steps are complete, you will be able to log in to StarMeUp with your new password.
