The Bulk User Upload feature in StarMeUp allows organizations to efficiently manage leadership relationships between users. By including the 'mainLeader' header in the CSV file, organizations can specify the main leader for each user during the bulk upload process.
Below are details about leadership relationships in Bulk User Upload:
Header:
To indicate the main leader for each user, add the 'mainLeader' header to the CSV file or user backup.
Value of 'mainLeader':
Enter the ID of the user (Identification Column on Database) who will be the primary leader for each user.
Operations with this Column:
Inserting a Senior Leader: Use this column to establish new senior leadership relationships.
Updating a Primary Leader: Use this column to update a user's primary leader.
If the 'mainLeader' header is included in the CSV file but left empty, the user's current leadership relationship will remain unchanged.
Note: It is not possible to delete an existing leadership relationship through Bulk User Upload. To delete a leadership relationship, use the “Leadership Relationships” screen. The user backup does not include this column, and this data is not downloaded as part of the user backup.
