How to Respond to a Feedback Request

Updated over a year ago

As a StarMeUp user, when you receive a feedback request, you have two options: to respond or to decline.

Respond

Step 1:

From the Feedback/My Feedback section, you will see the Feedback Request box, where you can find all the feedback requests you have received. Hover over any of the feedback requests and click on View.

TIP: You can also click on View all to access the complete list of pending feedback requests.

Step 2:

A box will open with the selected feedback request. Click on Respond.

Step 3:

You will be redirected to the feedback submission screen, where you should place each competency in the corresponding quadrant based on the rating you believe is appropriate for the feedback.

Leave a comment that explains or justifies the feedback to your colleague to some extent, If you need some inspiration, you can use the AI.

REMEMBER: You can also rate your colleague's skills if they are enabled in the StarMeUp Admin.

At the same time, your colleague will receive a notification upon receiving the feedback.
