Leader Feedback
At the end of each meeting, leaders will be asked to rate from 1 to 5 whether their direct report is at risk of leaving the company. By selecting 1 or 2, the leader is implying that they see a risk of attrition. If they select 3, 4, or 5, they don’t see a risk relating to that individual. Leaders can also share their reasons for choosing their selected rating.
If a risk is detected, the leader will be asked to share feedback on a monthly basis. If no risk is found, feedback will be solicited every three months.
It is important to highlight that this rating will never be shared with the individual the leader is assessing or any other member of the team. The objective of this rating is to identify potential issues that can cause an individual to resign, and encourage the leader to take steps to counteract them. This is one way of tackling risks of attrition early on and further creating a working environment that encourages engagement and well-being.
