Introduction
StarMeUp analyzes the individual behavior of each user on a weekly basis. Automatically detects variations in user activity (frequency of access and participation).
Additionally, leaders will be able to confirm the level of satisfaction (engagement) of their collaborators through 1:1s feedback, assigning a score from 1 to 5. In this framework, scores of 1 and 2 represent degrees of disengagement, while scores of 3, 4, and 5 represent degrees of engagement.
Engagement status categories
The Disengagement Detector, in its integration with 1:1, will be able to show one of five possible states.
States automatically detected by StarMeUp:
Disengaged: The collaborator decreased her activity in relation to their usual behavior.
Engaged: the employee maintained or increased her activity in relation to their usual behavior.
No Data: Currently, there is not enough data available for a detection.
States based on 1:1 feedback from the leader:
Disengaged (L): The collaborator has a satisfaction level of 1 or 2 (1 being the lowest).
Engaged (L): The collaborator has a satisfaction level of 3, 4 or 5 (5 being the highest).
Observation Vs detection
Statuses related to leader observation take priority over StarMeUp's automatic detection for a limited period of time. After that, the automatic detection will be taken again if there is no new 1:1 feedback.
In this period of time, Actionboard will show the leader's observation as an indicator related to the Disengagement Detector.
Importance of 1:1 feedback
During a 1:1 conversation, the leader can have a greater context of the collaborator and ask about specific aspects to identify possible risks more effectively. In this case, the leader will be feeding back the automatic detection with its observation.
