The team members list

A list of team members is provided to give leaders a comprehensive view of engagement and performance indicators relating to their direct reports. Each column in the list relates to the modules and features active in the community. With this information, leaders can follow the progress of individuals on their team and act to ensure they feel valued and supported.

Team Member List - Columns:

  • Name: Full name of direct report.

  • Leadership relationship: Type of relationship between leader and individual.

  • Cultural Level: Relating to the individual's activity level on StarMeUp.

  • Disengagement Detector: Highlights any sign of disengagement early on by analyzing the current and previous activity levels of each individual (status: Disengaged, Engaged, No Data)

  • Last Stars: Shows the number of stars an individual has sent and received in the last 28 days.

  • Last Received Feedback: Shows how long it has been since an individual last received feedback (relating to the current period). Warning colors are either orange, meaning it has been between 2-4 months since they last received feedback, or red, which means it has been more than 4 months since they last received feedback).

  • Accomplished Goals: Relating to the number of Accomplished versus Ongoing Goals in the current period. Warning colors are either orange, meaning that Accomplished/Ongoing is between 35% and 70%, or red, which indicates Accomplished/Ongoing is less than 35%.

  • Last Evaluation: This shows the status and date of the last evaluation an individual received in the current period.

The team member list includes suggested actions leaders can take to meet the needs of each direct report.
