Once the assignment is confirmed, each employee receives an email notification along with a bell notification within the platform and a notification on their mobile phone if they have the application installed.
When they access the platform through the email or click on the other notifications, a congratulatory modal pops up and then redirects the collaborator to the badge details where they can see the name and description of the badge earned.
