StarMeUp allows people to recognize the good performance and good actions of their colleagues on a daily basis by sending stars. This creates a community that celebrates achievements and turns corporate values recognition into something easy and fun.

Here you can see the recent or highlighted activity of other members of the organization, such as recognitions, photos, videos, special dates, top influential people, corporate communications.

You have the option to filter by the smart feed that allows you to see content from people you interact with the most.

The recognitions are sent among all the organization's collaborators in the form of stars and are associated with the organization's values.

Anyone can brighten the stars they identify with, comment on them, or react to them.

Lighting up a star is like giving a star, so it will be deducted from the total stars available for the period.

In each person's profile, you will find valuable information that will allow you to get to know your colleagues better on a professional and personal level.

In addition, from the widget Send a Star, you can recognize a colleague right away. Also If you click on the More button you will find other options such as: Upload Post (to share a photo or video), Request a 1:1, if you are a leader you can also create 1:1, and if Performance Module is active on your community, you will be able to perform Feedback related actions (to send or to request).

This Actionboard is designed to empower leaders to manage their teams in a more effective and efficient manner. By showcasing important metrics and providing actionable insights, our Actionboard will not only give them a comprehensive understanding of their team's engagement and performance levels, but will also allow them to recognize big wins and identify areas for growth in real time.

Sponsored content is featured content that the company sends out and is visible on the activity feed of all organization members. People can engage with this content, images or videos, by leaving comments and likes.

There are also banners that the organization shares, each banner must have a link that directs to somewhere within StarMeUp or to another platform.

It is a module that has exciting features such as advanced audience segmentation, engagement surveys, the ability to create multi-language surveys, Likert surveys, eNPS, and visual results. Additionally, we will highlight the ability to create confidential surveys to protect the identity of the employees who answer them.

Show the members of the organization celebrating another year in the company, by clicking on each person's photo you can congratulate them.

Show the members of the organization who have birthdays today, to greet them on their day you just have to hover over the photo and a new modal will open allowing you to leave a birthday message.

You have to upload the birthdays and hire dates of the employees to your database to enjoy these sections.

Here you can find out who are the people who sent or received the most stars in the month, also by appplying filters you can check this information for specific offices, areas or seniorities.

Under your profile, you'll find a section where your earned badges and the ones available to earn within the organization, are displayed. This same section is visible on your profile and your colleagues' profiles, making them a fundamental part of your identity.
