What type of questions does it include?

The majority of the questions are statements that must be rated on a scale of 1 to 5, depending on whether a person agrees or disagrees. These are known as Likert Scale Questions.

When the option of ‘strongly agree’ is selected, it must be in response to a positive or favorable statement. This will ensure the data is consistent. For example: ‘I feel I have the same opportunities for growth as others in my company.’ The answer ‘strongly agree’ should be positive for the company.

On occasion, an eNPS survey question is also included.
