Locating the results of your survey, interpreting them and selecting the best way to visualize them is simple. The following information will help you glean actionable insights from your surveys.
Who can see the results?
The results are available for any person who belongs to the channel selected, in the ‘Results’ section when the survey configuration was done.
How can the results be accessed?
The results will show up in the ‘Survey’ section on StarMeUp’s home page, under the results tab, or from the ‘Survey Panel’ in the Admin Panel.
What results are shown and how can they be interpreted?
The first section of the results shares ‘General Details’. There you will find information regarding:
Publish Date: when the survey went live.
Finish Date: when the survey came to an end.
Questions: total number of questions asked in the survey.
Total Audience: number of respondents who were notified of the survey when it went live. This number is fixed and is not dependent on whether the number of people working at the company changes.
Total Answers: number of people who answered at least one question in the survey.
Completed: percentage of people who answered the survey (respondents vs audience).
Visibility: Indicates whether the results of the survey are public or marked as confidential to protect the identity of respondents.
The results section of the Engagement Survey shows the results calculated for each question and category. Furthermore, it calculates the general score of the survey as a whole, and presents the results in a traffic light color palette (green is positive, yellow is neutral, and red is negative). This means that admins can quickly and easily identify areas for improvement.
The level of engagement of each category or question is also clear, and a comparative analysis can be made at a glance.
Two options are available for every visualization:
Favorable Scores: Percentage of respondents that answered ‘agree; or ‘strongly agree’.
Average Scores: Average of all answers from 1 to 5.
Admins can select the type of calculation that is most relevant to their company. All results can be downloaded in a PDF format.
