An Engagement Survey serves to help leaders understand what needs to be done to improve talent motivation and boost performance. It also helps leaders identify what areas need particular attention.
Our survey uses categories in order to group questions and analyze statistics. Each category quantifies the presence or absence of a certain aspect of the organization that directly affects the community’s engagement levels.
The survey uses a qualitative measuring system based on Likert questions (using a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is ‘strongly disagree’ and 5 is ‘strongly agree’) and eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score). This measuring system provides data and actionable insights relating to the level of engagement of your professionals. With this information, leaders can identify the areas and groups that scored lower than average and take targeted action to improve engagement.
