Answers that are not on the Likert scale

These results will be shown in bar charts and percentages in the ‘questions’ tab alone.

On the right hand side of the results section is a filter with fields relevant to the organization. These can be applied to segment results and identify groups of respondents that require attention.

Types of fields that can be filtered include:

  • Area

  • Departament

  • Role

  • Gender

  • Country

Every filter accepts multiple values and can be combined to ensure the most specific analysis possible.

For example, one can choose to only see the results of women respondents, located in Colombia, and working in Sales.

Results for filtered groups will be shown only when the number of respondents is greater than four.*

* If there is a filter that is uploaded to the platform but is not being shown on the filter panel, please contact your Customer Success manager to activate it.
