● Total workforce: Everyone in your organization who had access to StarMeUp in the selected period.

● Active: People who logged in at least once during the period The box shows the percentage of the total enabled users that logged in.

● Participating users: Users who during the period performed some activity on the platform. Activity could be sending recognition, making a comment or liking someone else's post. The box shows the percentage of the total enabled users that participated.

● Senders: The total number of users who sent recognition during the period. The box shows the percentage of the total number of participants that sent recognition.

Recognition in StarMeUp is represented as Stars (sent and received) on the platform.

All three categories of users will be reflected in all the charts in the Activity section.

Not logged in employees

This final report allows you to view a list of those employees who did not enter the platform in the selected period. You can view the list or download it in CSV format.

Within the list you will find information about users, such as their name, email, the date of creation of the user, and the first and last login. If the user has never entered StarMeUp, the first and last login fields will appear empty.

You can use this data to make the necessary adjustments to encourage these users to enter the platform.

Levels of engagement

This graph displays the same information as the upper boxes about the number of users for each category.

IMPORTANT

The percentages are different from the upper boxes because they are shown here with respect to the number of users enabled.
