How does it work?
The objective of this notification is to inform the user when they change their level. This way, the user has a reference of the impact of their actions in StarMeUp and information about how to improve their participation and enhance their reputation.
These notifications are email, bell, and push, and they are generated once a week, on the day following the weekly calculation of StarMeUp levels within the company.
Use cases
There are three use cases covered by this feature:
The user reached a higher level.
The user dropped to a lower level.
The user is stuck at a level for several weeks.
