Goals can only be closed by the leader: whether he created them or appears as its evaluator.
From the My Team button, in the Goals section, you can use the filters to search by Goal Name, status, collaborator name or search directly from the Goal list options.
Once the Goal has been identified, it can be closed from the three points that appear in the upper right corner, or by directly entering the Goal and from the actionable buttons on the lower right side.
The Goal closing grade may differ from the grade assigned in the last progress update made either by the leader or the collaborator.
The leader must choose a final note/score and indicate a comment at the end of it.
Once closed, the Objective cannot be reopened or edited. If by mistake you need to revise the closing note/comment, please contact your Platform Administrator
