From StarMeUP, you have the possibility to update your own goals and your leader can also do so.
How to update your goals:
Go to the "Goals" section.
Find the goals that are assigned to you.
Click on each goal.
Click on "In Progress".
Click on "Update Progress".
How a leader updates goals:
Important:
The leader can only generate progress and close goals that he or his team members have previously created.
Go to the "My Team" section.
Click on the "Goals" tab.
Use the filters to search for the goals of a specific person.
From the list, click on "In Progress".
How does a team leader create team member goals?
Both the primary and secondary leaders can create goals. To do this, they must go to the My Team button located in the left-hand menu. This will take them to the Leaders' Action Board screen, from where they can go to the Goals section.
Once the goal has been created, you will be able to view it from the Goals tab and from that moment on, both the leader and the led will be able to generate updates to it, from the three dots on the right side.
