Adding, editing and deleting talking points
Your talking points should form the core of your conversation. They add structure to the meeting and ensure that important matters are discussed. Both parties can add, edit or delete talking points. During the meeting, talking points can be highlighted so they are followed up.
Adding and assigning due dates, and editing and deleting pending actions
Referring to pending actions in 1:1 meetings ensures that all important topics are addressed and steps are taken to make progress. This way, conversations become more effective and actionable.
When creating a new action item, you should assign ownership to one of the two parties in the meeting and add a due date to ensure the task is completed on time.
Both parties can add, edit, and delete pending tasks. Once an action item is completed, it can be marked as done.
The pending actions widget shows all the tasks assigned to you from all your 1:1 meetings. These can be ordered by due date or meeting date. This helps you track your progress and complete all tasks efficiently.
Shared and private notes
Using shared and private notes in a 1:1 meeting can help you keep a record of important information and details.
Shared notes serve as a space to document joint decisions and ideas. These can be seen by both parties attending the meeting. Shared notes provide a record of what was discussed and agreed upon in the meeting.
On the other hand, private notes allow you to record your own thoughts and reflections in a place that is only visible to you. These points can serve as personal guides for future conversations.
