Status Update
Updating the status of 1:1 meetings on the platform is crucial. It is the leader’s responsibility to make sure the status of these meetings is kept up to date. They must select one of three options–’scheduled’, ‘done’, or ‘canceled’–depending on the status of each meeting. Once the date of the 1:1 passes, the meeting status will automatically change to ‘pending.’
To update the status of a 1:1 meeting, the leader should go to the page of the relevant meeting. If the status is ‘scheduled’ or ‘pending’, you will be asked whether the meeting was held. You can either confirm or cancel.
The leader can also change the status of the meeting by selecting the three dots located on the upper right hand corner of the header. When the meeting is confirmed, both parties will receive an email with a summary of the agenda, as well as the action items and shared notes of the meeting.
If the meeting is canceled, the leader must state the reason for the meeting's cancellation.
Keeping the status of every meeting updated not only adds order and clarity to your leadership, but it ensures that the insights provided by the platform are relevant and actionable.
