If you're having trouble scheduling a 1:1, there are some common reasons that might explain it. Let's go over the possible causes:
You already have 1:1s scheduled with that person
The 1:1 feature is designed to promote meaningful and productive conversations. It's possible that you already have 1:1 meetings scheduled with the person you're trying to book. Before setting up a new meeting, make sure to check your calendar to see if you already have one planned with that individual. They are not part of your team
The 1:1 feature is meant to facilitate conversations between leaders and their direct team members. If the person you want to schedule with is not part of your team, you won't be able to book a 1:1 meeting with them. This measure is in place to ensure that the meetings are effective and focused on topics relevant to the growth and progress within your team. They are not listed in the database as part of your team
If you are certain that the person should be part of your team but is not showing up in the list of collaborators in your platform, there might be an issue with the database. In this case, we recommend contacting Human Resources or the platform's support team to have them verify and update your team's information in the database.
