Pre-launch Actions

Updated over 2 years ago

It is recommended to start implementing these types of initiatives three weeks before launching StarMeUp in the organization. The objective is simple: to generate interest and awareness of the tool among the employees.

Below are some actions to apply in this stage.

Recruitment of Cultural Ambassadors

Every company has a group of employees who seem to know everyone in the organization, have a significant impact on their colleagues, and often become informal transmitters of the culture.

It is essential to identify these ambassadors of the organizational culture, involve them, explain their role, and what they will contribute to this process.

DID YOU KNOW?

The assistance of ambassadors facilitates the formation of working groups, drives platform adoption, and teaches other employees how to use it correctly.

Mailing Campaign 1: Teaser

It also works as physical posters for the office. The goal of this campaign is to generate intrigue and mystery among the future users and begin to spark interest in the novelty.

Distributing Stickers

A good idea to build anticipation among employees is to distribute stickers with StarMeUp's astronaut, announcing the arrival of something new.

Mailing Campaign 2: Concepts

This campaign will provide more information than teasers. The idea here is to communicate the basic concepts that motivate StarMeUp and familiarize employees with the idea of recognizing their colleagues.

Cultural Ambassador Workshop

Once you have selected the cultural ambassadors, you should train them. The best way to do this is through a workshop for ambassadors, where they can clarify doubts and learn everything they need to perform their role effectively.

In-Person Recognition Dynamics

The idea here is to hold a meeting with some members of the organization and use recognition as an icebreaker activity, replicating the dynamics of StarMeUp manually and in person (for example, exchanging paper stars among colleagues)."
