Requesting a 1:1
This functionality allows team members to request a 1:1 meeting with their leader. The availability of this option depends on the configuration set by your company. If this function is enabled, you have two ways of requesting a 1:1:
"Request a 1:1": In the My 1:1s section, you will find a button that allows you to request a new 1:1 meeting. Once selected, a window will appear showing a list of leaders. The user is invited to select their leader. Once selected, a notification will be sent to the leader. The request will show up in your list of people.
“Leader profile”: In the leader’s profile a button can be found that requests a 1:1. By selecting it, a window will appear showing a list of leaders. The user is invited to select their leader. Once selected, a notification will be sent to the leader. The request will show up in your list of people.
