StarMeUp channels allow users to connect based on shared interests or common goals. These groups are created and updated manually, which is the main difference from segments, which are updated automatically whenever the database is updated.
To create your channel, follow these steps:
From the administrator, go to User Management, Channels, create new Channel.
Provide essential details:
Craft a descriptive channel name: Choose a clear and concise name that accurately reflects the channel's purpose and content.
Compose a compelling channel description: Write a detailed and engaging description that outlines the channel's objectives, target audience, and key topics.
How to add members to a channel in StarMeUp
Locate the channel:
Navigate to the StarMeUp dashboard and identify the channels section.
Find the specific channel to which you want to add members.
