Available Reports
Hobbies and interests: List of all people in the organization with their hobbies and interests.
Multiline Kudos: Indicates the detail of the exchange of group recognitions (Kudos). Similar to the All Stars report, with the difference that in this report the Kudos is broken down and each star recipient occupies a different row in the report. This report can be filtered by location and by values. In addition, it can be downloaded with or without the star description.
Top locations: Indicates the number of people in each office, the number of stars received and the highest value received by office. Orders the offices from highest to lowest according to the number of stars received.
Top senders: Ranking of all people in the organization with at least one star sent in the selected period. It indicates how many stars were sent, the person's role, email and office location. This report can be filtered by locations and by values.
Top receivers: Ranking of all people in the organization with at least one star received in the selected period. It indicates how many stars were received, the person's role, email and office location. This report can be filtered by locations and by values.
Top stars: List of all active values in the organization. It indicates how many stars were received for each value. This report can be filtered by location.
Badges: Indicates how many people obtained each badge within the selected period. This report can be filtered by location.
Badges by users: Indicates how many badges each user obtained in the selected period of time.
Users by badges: Specifically indicates which badges each person obtained in the selected period of time.
All stars: Indicates the detail of the exchange of stars between two users (information of sender and receiver, name of the star, date and time, number of likes and comments, etc.). In this report, group recognitions (Kudos) order the recipients of the recognition in the same row. This report can be filtered by location and by values. In addition, it can be downloaded with or without the star description.
IMPORTANT
The information that each report returns will depend on the data previously loaded into the database.
To generate a report, follow these steps:
Step 1
From the Admin, enter StarMeUp and then Reports, where you will see an empty screen.
Step 2
Select the type of report, filter by locations (only if there is information loaded in the Office field), values (in reports related to values) and select a time period. Then click Download.
DID YOU KNOW?
With the All Stars report, you can see all the exchange of recognitions within the organization in the selected period.
