Stars

In this section of analytics, you will find all the information related to the recognitions sent and received by the members of your organization for the indicated period.

Stars fall into four main categories: Stars Sent, Stars Received, Stars Sent per Employee and Stars Received per Employee.

● Stars Sent: The total number of stars sent by employees for a given period.

● Stars Received: The total number of stars received by employees for a given period.

● Stars Sent by Employee: The number of stars sent divided by the number of people who sent a star.

● Stars Received by Employee: The number of stars received divided by the number of people who received a star.

REMINDER

Group Stars count as one Star Sent but as multiple Stars Received, which means the two values will not match.

This graph shows the values most chosen by users to recognize their colleagues over an indicated period of time. With this report, you will be able to see the evolution of recognition broken down by value and understand the impact generated by the organization's initiatives to promote your corporate values.

This report allows you to see what percentage of the total amount of recognition sent and received is linked to your organization's values. The graph can help you detect the values most chosen by the community so you can structure actions to promote them or to help encourage the use of values with the lowest level of activity in StarMeUp.

This graph depicts all the hashtags used by the community during a selected time period. By hovering over any of the hashtags, you will be able to see the total number of times it was used within a recognition comment.

Here you can see the individual users who send and receive the most Stars in your company. You can opt to include employees who have already left the organization in this analysis. You can download either of these two reports in CSV format.

Giving visibility to sender and receiver rankings helps motivate employees.

You should not see this report as a competition between employees, but as a way to detect your cultural influencers or those individuals who are doing things that are getting noticed by their colleagues.
