Request Feedback

Step 1:

Click on the "More" action button, then click on Request Feedback

You can also go to a colleague's profile and click on the "Request Feedback" button.

REMEMBER

  • If you are a user with a leader role, you will be able to see the action buttons in any of the sections belonging to My Profile (Personal Dashboard, My Feedback, My Goals, or My Assessments).

Step 2:

  • You will be redirected to the Request Feedback screen, where you will need to fill in the following information, and finally, click on "Request".

Colleagues:

The people you will request feedback from (if you enter from a colleague's profile, this field will already be filled in).

Competency selection:

You can choose the competencies you will be evaluated on by your colleagues in the feedback.

Skill selection:

You can choose the skills you will be evaluated on by your colleagues in the feedback.

Comment:

Personal message to accompany the feedback request. Maximum 3,000 characters.

Tip:

  • You can send the same feedback request to up to 10 colleagues.

  • To add skills to the feedback request, simply click on the search bar and select the one you want:

This will open the following box, where you can choose the skills that have been preloaded in the Admin.

REMEMBER

  • To see the skills, you must enable the "Skills" toggle from the Admin.

  • In turn, your colleague will receive a notification when they receive the feedback request.
