Important:
Before you begin, make sure you have enabled the "Request Feedback for..." toggle in the Admin.
Step 1:
Click the "More" button and select the "Request Feedback For..." option.
Tip:
You can also go to a team member's profile and click the "Request Feedback For..." button.
Step 2:
You will be redirected to the "Request Feedback For..." screen, where you will need to complete the following information and click "Request" at the end.
Team member: The team member who will receive the feedback you request from your colleagues (if you enter from a team member's profile, this field will already be filled in).

People: The people you will request feedback from.
Competency selection:
You can choose the competencies the person will be evaluated on in the feedback.
Skill selection:
You can choose the skills the person will be evaluated on in the feedback.
Comment:
Personal message to accompany the feedback request. Maximum 3,000 characters.
Tips:
You can request feedback for up to 10 colleagues.
You can send the same feedback request to up to 10 colleagues.
To add skills to the feedback request, simply click on the search bar and select the skills that have been preloaded in the Admin.
REMEMBER
To see the skills, you must enable the "Skills" toggle from the Admin.
Upon completing the feedback request process, you will see the following message on the screen:
In turn, your colleague will receive a notification when they receive the feedback request.
REMEMBER
Unless the "Request Feedback for..." visibility toggle is enabled in the Admin, the feedback recipient will not know that the leader requested the feedback for someone else.
