How to Send feedback

To provide feedback to a colleague on StarMeUp, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Click the "Send Feedback" action button.

You can also go to a colleague's profile and click the Send Feedback button.

In addition, users with a leader role can send feedback from the Opportunity section of their team's dashboard.

Step 2:

You will be redirected to the Submit Feedback screen, where you will need to complete the following information:

Colleagues: These are the people you will be sending feedback to. (If you are entering from a colleague's profile, this field will already be filled in.)

Competency Rating: You will need to drag the competency you want to evaluate to the quadrant corresponding to the rating you believe is correct for the feedback.

Skill Rating: You can optionally rate a skill using the options in the drop-down menu.

Comment: This is a personal message that you will accompany your colleague's feedback with. Maximum 3,000 characters.

TIP

  • You can send the same feedback to a maximum of 10 colleagues.

  • To add skills to the feedback, simply use the options in the drop-down menu, and then you rate each of the skills

  • You can choose up to 10 skills that must be pre-loaded from the Administration panel according to the Organization's definition.

REMEMBER

To see the skills, you must enable the Skills toggle in the Performance/Settings section of the Administration panel.

Step 3:

Once you have finished filling in the feedback information, click Submit.

Upon completion of the feedback submission process, the following message will appear on the screen

In turn, your colleague will receive a notification when they receive the feedback.
