How to Configure Competencies
To configure competencies in your community, follow the next steps:
Step 1:
From Feedback, go to the Competencies, and click Create a New Competency.
Step 2:
You will be redirected to Create a New Competency, where you must fill in the following information:
Competency language Spanish and English
Name:competency name
Description: competency description
IMPORTANT
Data must be uploaded in both English and Spanish.
Once the information is complete, click Save. The new competency will automatically appear on the Competencies list.
Once your competencies are created, you can enable or disable them from the Status column, and edit them from the Actions column.
TIP
You can filter the skills by their status (enabled or disabled) or search them by name.
How to Configure Skills
To configure skills in your community, follow the next steps:
Step 1:
From Settings, go to BetterMe Admin Settings, and enable the Skills toggle.
Step 2:
From Feedback, go to Skills, and click on Create a New Skill.
Step 3:
You will be redirected to New Skill, where you must fill in the following information:
Skill language: Spanish or English.
Name: skill name
IMPORTANT
Data must be uploaded in both English and Spanish
Once the information is complete, click Save. The new competency will automatically appear on the Skills list.
Once your skills are created, you can enable or disable them from the Status column, and edit them from the Actions column.
TIP
You can filter the skills by name, reference number, or status (enabled or disabled).
