How to Create a Living Values Campaign
This initiative promotes recognition among colleagues, as it allows employees to select each organizational value and send multiple stars without these being deducted from the monthly period.

Customization of Living Values
As an Administrator, you can customize each of the texts within the Living Values flow, from the titles to the button names.
To customize the texts for the Living Values campaign, you need to fill out this form.
How does it work?
To participate in the initiative, you must follow these steps:
Step 1
Once activated, you will see a pop-up with the invitation to participate in Living Values. To get started, simply click LET’S START.
Step 2
Here, you will see the list of the organization’s values.
Select the colleagues you believe represent each value and send them a personalized message.
REMEMBER
It is not mandatory to select people for all of the company's values. You can complete the flow by selecting just one person for any value.
Step 3
Send the stars to your colleagues.
IMPORTANT
You can only select one colleague per value, so make sure to choose the right people for the Living Values recognitions.
