How to upload each of your corporate values:
Step 1
Enter the Admin Panel -- Engagement Section -- Recognitions
The first time you enter the values section, there will be some generic values that you can edit. Or you can create a Value from scratch.
Step 2
Type the name and the description of the value, select a color for the value, and upload an icon. Then select Save.
REMINDER
You must complete the information in all activated languages.
Note that you can activate or deactivate any of the values you've uploaded from the switch.
TIP
We recommend that you create no more than eight values so that your employees can quickly identify them and associate the recognition they send to their colleagues and receive from them with your organization’s core values.

How to upload a Group Recognition
To upload a group star, follow these steps:
Step 1
Next to the Values Section, go to Shared Recognition.
Step 2
You'll need to complete the same four elements as for a core value:
Name, description, icon and colour.
You can configure the Group Star to make it visible (or not) to the entire community and which users (if not all) can use and send it. Then click Save:
TIP: We reccommend to activate Kudos around 2 or 3 months after the launch, so users can focus on the core values at the begining and understand how the amount of stars per month work.
