Configuring the Talent Matrix in Your Organization

Updated over a year ago

To activate the Talent Matrix functionality in your company, you need to define the two axes that will structure this tool and the questions that will guide your leaders in the evaluation.

Defining Axes and Questions

The axes in the Talent Matrix are fundamental, as they will determine how potential and performance are evaluated. You can choose between the classic combination of potential and performance or customize them according to the specific needs of your industry or company.

Additionally, the configurable questions will be the guide for leaders when evaluating their collaborators. These questions can be adapted to the values, goals, or key competencies that your organization seeks in its talents.
