With StarMeUp's sponsored hashtags, you can disseminate themes or campaigns to your entire community.
In addition, hashtags allow you to easily identify these initiatives and filter all Stars and recognition that use the hashtag.
REMINDER
Sponsored hashtags can only be generated and configured by users who have been assigned an Administrator role.
To generate a sponsored hashtag, follow these steps:
Step 1
From the Admin, go to Engagement and then to Hashtags. Here you will see a list of all published hashtags. Click on New Hashtag.
Step 2
Define the name of the hashtag, its description, and the date it will run on StarMeUp.
IMPORTANT
The description is an administrative field and will not be visible when the hashtag is published.
Once you complete this step, click Save. The hashtag will be automatically added to the list of sponsored hashtags.
