Some tips to keep in mind:
All clients have access to the Engagement Survey template to create their own survey.
The template allows selected admins to edit or delete any questions or categories, or create new ones.
While any type of questions can be used, Likert scale questions are recommended. Answers from questions that use a different scale will not be included in the results, even if they are associated with a category.
The Communications section of the platform can be used to share a banner or post that directs people to the survey. Notifications can also be used.
