How to assign a role or permission

In order to assign a standard or custom role you must follow these steps:

(Remember that you can assign roles or permissions if you are a Platform Administrator)

Step 1: Enter the Admin panel, Role Management Section. Click on Add Administrator (IMPORTANT: the user must be given access to StarMeUp before you assign a role)

Step 2: Look up for the user, once found it, click on the chosen role for that person, either standard or custom. TIP: If it’s a custom role, remember you must create the role beforehand.

Step 3: Now that you have the user with an assigned role, click on Save. This step does not send any notifications.

Once the role is assigned, the user must appear on this on list of Administrators , and you can either download a report.
